On October 21st the film festivities at Twin Cities Film Festival will commence. The festival runs for eleven days and showcases more than 120 films including shorts and documentaries. This year’s festival includes the popular short film Oceanus: Act One featuring the acting of Megan Dodds, Sharif Atkins, Bruce Davison and Malcolm McDowell and directed by Jeffrey Morris.
